I. Description of the service:

12580-Integrated Information Service

China Mobile's 12580 Integrated Information Service provides Olympic customers with a portal for information inquiry tailored to their personal needs. Services include: booking, information, ticketing, reservations, dining, and service enquiry. During the Olympics we will provide our overseas customers with specialized Olympic information inquiry, on-line translation, location positioning and directional service, local highlights, weather forecast, yellow pages inquiry, as well as business services including air ticket booking and hotel reservation.

II. Tariffs:

Only general calling fees will be charged for calls made to 12580 (this includes airtime included in participating discount packages). No information fee is charged.

III. Brief Introduction of Services:

1. Olympic Information Inquiry

   12580 provides you with instant access to all sorts of Olympic related information, including venue locations, competition schedules and ticket prices for various Olympic events, locations of licensed Olympic product stores, Olympic related institutions and their hotlines, as well as restaurants, entertainment areas, banks and hospitals near the Olympic venues.

2. On-call Translation (Officially active July 1st, 2008)
   12580 provides on-call, real-time interpretation for those in need of language service to help them communicate. At present, translation services for English, Japanese, Korean and Cantonese are available.
   

3. Local Highlights Inquiry

   12580 provides inquiry service for all the most popular local highlights, including featured dishes, special snacks, native products, featured shops and tourist spots, as well as the addresses and phone numbers of the recommended spots or businesses.
