Tariff Standard:
All GoTone users of Beijing Mobile that apply for this package are entitled for a preferential tariff of 5 yuan per month for 25 point-to-point intra-network MMS messages, with each message costing only 0.20 yuan on average. For any exceeding messages, each piece will cost 0.5 yuan. In addition, free pictures and ring back tones will be given out each month.
How to apply:
1. Log on Beijing Mobile’s website
2. Send sms to 10086 and follow the instructions
3. Call 10086 self-service hotline
4. Go to Beijing Mobile’s Service Hall or agencies to apply

Notes:
1. The application of the MMS package come into effect the month they are done and the cancellation come into effect from the next month. In case more than multiple applications or cancellations are done within a month, the last application or cancellation shall prevail. Following the cancellation of the package, the tariffs of MMS will return to normal the month the cancellation is done.
2. The number of point-to-point MMS messages refer to the number of all messages that incur communication costs (including MMS messages sent from a user's mobile phone to an email box). Preferential tariff does not apply international MMS service.
3. Free pictures and ring tones (around 8 pieces per month) are given out within 10 days of application for the package.
4. A fixed sum of money is charged on a monthly basis for this package. Unused messages for one month shall not be carried on to the following month.
5. SMS, website and 10086 self-service hotline are closed from 19:00 to 24:00 on the last day of a month. If you’d like to apply for the package through aforementioned channels, please be kindly reminded to avoid this period.
