To satisfy the diversified needs of our customers, Mobile Secretary (12580) provides 24/7 personalized services. When you are unable to receive calls or your handset is power-off, you can forward the incoming calls to our 01012580 mobile secretary platform, which will text the caller’s message to your handset when you turn your handset back on or are back in our service area.. Additionally, Mobile Secretary can provide users with varied services: caller message sending and inquiry, customize or change passwords, personalized answering message, personalized greetings, Caller ID capturing, agenda reminder and personalized name card case.

Users:

China Mobile Beijing GoTone and M-Zone subscribers.

Tariffs:

1. Monthly service charge: 15 Yuan/month;
2. Communication charges: China Mobile Beijing GoTone and M-Zone users who dial 01012580 will be charged basic communication fees according to the current tariff standard;
3. Forwarding charges: call forwarding service fees will be charged if this service is activated.

Application Procedures:

1. Apply online on our website: www.bj.chinamobile.com;
2. Individual subscribers can dial 12580 from their personal mobile phones to apply for activation;
3. Dial our 10086 customer service hotline to apply for the service;
4. Text 10086 to 10086 and follow the instructions to apply for the service;
5. Apply in person at a participating service hall to apply for the service.

Basic services of 12580 Mobile Secretary:

send caller message info:

After callers leave their messages, Mobile Secretary can send a text message with their message content to the service subscriber. Messages can be left in two ways: the caller either dials 01012580 directly; or the caller dials the owner’s handset first and is then forwarded to the service center of Mobile Secretary. The service is fast, safe and accurate. Subscribers will be timely informed of call information Even if their handset is power-off, busy or not in the service area.

message information inquiry:

Subscribers can dial 01012580 to inquire about caller message information. If the owner’s handset is power-off or turned off for extended periods of time, he/she can still receive calling information afterwards. Currently, subscribers are allowed inquiry of about 20 messages for up to 30 days.

customizing or revising Mobile Secretary passwords:

Subscribers can customize Mobile Secretary passwords, enabling them certain privileges only through the use of a password, such as information inquiry, leaving personalized messages and personalizing greeting settings, thus ensuring information security. Passwords can be changed at any time if needed.

owner messages:

Subscribers can customize several messages at the Mobile Secretary Service Center. Mobile Secretary can process incoming calls at the request of the subscriber or play personalized subscriber messages to the caller, making the service even closer to customer needs. For example, subscribers can ask the caller to leave his/her name or tell the caller: “I’m currently abroad and I’ll be back on the 10th, please leave a message after the beep!”

personalized greetings:

Highly personalized greetings can be made by the subscribers themselves, adding a personal touch. Example: Hi, this is Mr. Zhang’s Mobile Secretary. He can’t answer your phone now, please leave a message after the beep. This helps to verify the identity of the caller and demonstrates the importance of not only the subscriber but also the caller.

schedule reminder:

By dialing 01012580 and providing their mobile phone number and Mobile Secretary password, subscribers can set schedule reminders for services tailored by the service center of Mobile Secretary, such as wake-up call service, birthday reminders for relatives and friends’ birthdays and even work related events. The system will send messages to remind the subscriber of his/her schedule in advance, providing easy scheduling convenience.

Personalized name card case:

By dialing 01012580 Mobile Secretary subscribers can store important contact information into their mobile telephone directory in different groups according to their needs. Through the use of key words like the contact’s name, telephone number, fax or email, etc. subscribers can carry out contact inquiry. Name card information can also be sent via text message. Mobile Secretary is also capable of sending SMS messages to any group in your name card case so you can keep in touch with your friends anytime.

Caller ID capturing:

Mobile Secretary will send messages with the numbers of all calls (irregardless of whether messages were left or not) to the owner’s handset if the owner has set call forwarding to 01012580. With this considerate service, subscribers have better access to their incoming call record.

Notes:

1. Mobile Secretary service is effective the current month of application.
2. Application for the service will not be accepted via self service channels (SMS, website and 10086 automatic voice system) after 19:00 on the last day of each month.
