Call Minder service

Users:

Subscribers of GoTone, M-ZONE and Easy-Own.

Description:

Missing calls sometimes is unavoidable, especially when your phone is power-off or out of service areas like when riding the subway. Missing one call could effect business, worry your family or who knows what else------Missing one cal could affect( cause damage to ) your business, make your family members worried, etc. The worst thing is that most people aren’t even aware they missed a call.

With Call Minder service, you will receive messages of the calls you missed when your phone is powered off or out of service areas. You will have access to all your missed calls as soon as your phone is turned on, or back in a service area. Moreover, no separate settings are necessary for this service and it is convenient to use.

You can also dial 13800100102 to inquire about your Call Minder information.

How to activate:

Text KTLD to 10086 to activate and Text QXLD to 10086 to cancel the service;
Apply in person at our service halls or cooperating business halls to go through activation procedures (for subscribers of GoTone and M-ZONE only);
Log onto our web portal and activate this service under the “service activation” menu.

Tariff Standard:

A monthly fee of 3 Yuan is charged for the Call Minder message service.

When you dial 13800100102 to inquire about your Call Minder information, you will be charged communication fees according to the current tariff standard of M-Zone.

Notes:

Subscribers setting Call Forwarding Unconditional/on Not Reachable to Web Paging can't use Call Reminder services, while those setting Call Forwarding on Busy/No Answer can use this service in addition to call forwarding.

Call Minder service will become invalid if the subscriber sets Call Forwarding Unconditional/on Not Reachable, and will be resumed after the subscriber cancels the setting. But if the subscriber sets Call Forwarding on Busy/No Answer, Call Minder will still be valid.

Applications for this service will not be accepted after 19:00 on the last day of each month.
