"Call Forwarding" service allows users to forward incoming calls to a pre-designated number when unable to answer or unavailable, avoiding loss of important information and calls. Designated number services available: Web Paging 13800100309, Voice Mail 13800100166 and Mobile Secretary 01012580.
There are four kinds of Call Forwarding services: Call Forwarding on Not Reachable(Power Off or Out of Service Area), Call Forwarding on Busy, Call Forwarding on No Answer and Call Forwarding Unconditional.
“Call Forward Unconditional” (diverting all incoming calls to pre-set number) prevails over the other call forward services. Once subscribed, the other call forward services will not be effective.
Subscribers can find and use the call forwarding settings menu in the main menu or call settings of most mobile phones. Just follow the instructions on the menu to complete setup.
Area codes must be added before phone numbers (including local fixed phones) except for the numbers for Web Paging, Voice Mail and mobile phones, when they are set as call forwarding numbers.
Subscribers can remove all settings of call forwarding by sending ##002#.

Notes:
When subscriber A forwards his/her incoming calls to subscriber B, B's location will be regarded as the forwarding location no matter where he/she is. A will be charged two kinds of long-distance fees.
The long-distance fees generated in forwarding will enjoy time-based discount.
After diverting all incoming calls to another number, the subscriber will still be charged with communication fees when he/she is called by 10086.
Note: Applications for this service via self-help channels (such as SMS, website, 10086 self-help voice system and etc) will not be accepted after 19:00 on the last day of each month.
