Service Description:

Voice-Mail is like having an answering machine wherever you go! GoTone and M-Zone subscribers of China Mobile Beijing can forward incoming calls to a Voice-Mail number (13800100166) when answering the phone is inconvenient. After activating this service, you can dial 13800100166 to record a personal greeting, which will be played automatically when you miss an incoming call. Friends can also leave you voice or fax messages directly by calling 13800100166, and the system will automatically send short messages to inform you of new voice mail.

How to use:

1. Standard Voice-Mail: Voice-Mail + Fax Mailbox
2. Enhanced Voice Mailbox: Voice-Mail + Fax Mailbox + Phone Number Delivery of Callers who do not leave messages
3. The Fax Mailbox is used to store and pick up faxes. The caller can use a fax machine to dial 13800100166 or be forwarded to the called subscriber’s Voice-Mail, and then follow the voice promps to send a fax. The fax will be stored in the fax mailbox, and the system will send a short message to notify the mailbox owner. The owner can follow the instructions to pick up the fax. (to designate the fax number you need to enter 010 + fax number)
4. If a caller hangs up before or within two seconds after hearing the beep tone, the Voice-Mail system will automatically capture and text the caller’s number to the voice-mail owner. The SMS code is 13800100166.

2. Activate via our 10086 automatic system
3. Apply in person at a participating service hall

Notes:

1. Voice-Mail Service is effective the current month of application.
2. Application for the service will not be accepted via self service channels (SMS, website and 10086 automatic voice system) after 19:00 on the last day of each month.

Tariff Standard:

1. Monthly charges: Monthly charges: 10 Yuan/month for Standard Voice-Mail and 15 Yuan/month for Enhanced Voice Mailbox.
2. Call forwarding to voice mail will be charged according to the standard tariff.
3. Communication charges: when you dial 13800100166 to change settings or listen to your messages, you will be charged basic communication fees.
4. Designated number to receive faxes: when the subscriber uses a phone to dial 13800100166 to pick up messages, both the voicemail subscriber and owner of this phone need to pay basic communication charges. (If the designated fax number is local, the Voice-Mail subscriber will be charged 0.4 yuan/min; if the fax number is in other city, the subscriber will be charged 0.4 yuan/min + 0.07 yuan/6 seconds; discounts offered for long-distance fees)
5. Instant fax pick-up: if the subscriber dials 13800100166 to pick up and receive fax message with the same fax number, the owner of the fax number needs to pay basic communication charges for picking up the message. And there are no charges for the mailbox subscriber.

Notes:

1. Message Mailbox: Messages users have already listened to will be stored for 24 hours, and new messages be stored for 72 hours before being deleted. The maximum recording time available for Voice-Mail is 20 minutes (the system will remind you if maximum time capacity is met) with no limits on number of messages. The maximum recording time for each message is 60 seconds.
2. Fax Mailbox: Each user can store up to 99 pages of faxed documents. There is no restriction on the number of faxes or how many pages each fax runs. Each picked up fax will be stored for 24 hours and those not picked up will be stored for 72 hours.
3. Password: The default password for Voice-Mail is 1234, which users can set to a 4-6 digit password. Change of password has no affect on the stored voice and fax mail in your mailbox.
